Firefighter Minimum Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

IFSAC or ProBoard Fire fighter I & II within 90 days of hire date.

State of Missouri emergency Medical Technician (or equivalent) license or higher within 90 days of hire.

ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700 and ICS 800
-
Successful completion of Tri-State Recruiting Alliance test within past 12 months, OR within the probationary period.

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age by the closing date of the recruitment period.

Possession of a valid State Driver's License, and a safe driving record.

Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Candidates are required to successfully complete a physical post offer employment screening and an occupational medical evaluation prior to appointment.
